I feel like I'm not doing well enough cuz I've been exercising for months and there's no difference (there is a bit but not much), and maybe it's because I'm a girl or it's not suitable for me???? IDK

i would definitely recommend whey protein, and if you like salmon it's super super protein dense too. keep in mind that the physical aspect is only half of exercise, it has really amazing mental and sleep benefits too so keep at it!

There's no point pushing yourself too hard. It's about the long term, trying to keep a healthy routine. Don't overexert and strain yourself by going hard every so often, focus on light and regular exercise. And maybe the kind of exercise you're doing isn't the best for what you're trying to reach ?
It's already somewhat intense for me, and my room isn't that big, so I can't do a lot of the bigger ones so maybe its just time

It shouldn't be intense (at least not all the time), if you push your body too far it will fight back. You don't need to do big exercises to get results but it really depends of what you're trying to achieve (gain muscle, improve endurance, just stay in shape, etc). And as others said, eating well is really important

Make sure you're eating a lot of protein and drinking enough water. Because if you're not then your body won't be getting enough nutrients to sustain muscle growth
are protein shakes worth it? like i dont like eating white meat which is what my parents usually give me (i dont blame em and if i get it i'll try to eat it) so like i was thinking if i could jus substitute it with that

Yeah, I'd say so.
I usually make my own protein shakes with protein powder and Kifer (the Kifer is really good for gut health). You could also mix protein powder in with a smoothie or something as well.
