The creature could never rest, lest It allow the creators to take back control of It's body and murder those who gave it Form.
Escaping captivity however exhausted the creature to a state where it could only crawl, It had to take the risk.
They wasted no time, and before realizing, Mono could no longer see.
" You won't feel a thing. . . "
