why do i always feel like i have a whole imaginary audience watching?? like ill just be dancing at 10:00 at night in my room and then stop because i think someones calling me cringe. LIKE CAN I LIVE THERES NO ONE HERE. who is in my walls judging cuz can u pls leave i just want to be a cringe teenager 💔💔

I'm going through something similar
One day my friend said that he was inside my closet, even though I know it's not true, it created a paranoia in my head. Now I can't dance to music at night without looking at the closet.
