Imagine you're a teenager in highschool living your own life and you suddenly bump into a random person in the hallway by accident.
But instead of a simple "sorry" or "excuse me" you receive a dirty look, 25 slurs and 10 cuss words just because of a simple bump.
"We should normalize being nice" aren't we supposed to be like that? why isn't it normalized but being a rude and mean person is, like it is expected by society? How did we grow up thinking that the world expects us to act like our parents forgot to add basic human decency while we age?
Another example of this is the way MOST people say, think, and see furries and therians. Ex: A furry posted a video on ANY social media platform showing their fursuit and they start dancing like the normal person they are, and the SECOND I open the comment section I am BOMBARDED with TONS of hate comments. Like okay I would expect that in a video of one that is actually super disgusting. But for these kinds of videos? Sure I'd expected a few saying "cringe" or "ew" but a WHOLE army?? Have we really sunk that low as a society?
To the people who are out there that behave like this, PLEASE change yourself and actually try understanding basic human decency.

ill never get people who hate furries and therians. especially when theyre just kids like?? "if my kid grows up to be a furry im disowning them" and theyre doing nothign wrong.. they always bring up the zoophile argument aswell, as if wanting to dress up as an animal or feeling a connection to them is anywhere the same as zoophilia?? and that can be very harmful when children participate in these communities, it kills their creativity and makes them believe theyve done something wrong for being themselves :( i hate the internet sm and how mainstream bullying is
hating on furries/therians who r actually problematic is just an ok for me but innocent ones?? thats super messed up D:

i dont know about the accidental bump thing cuz im canadian, i didnt know people like genuinely didnt say sorry about those things. the only time where a side eye is necessary because of a bump is if you dont like them or if they run into you on purpose. but the furry thing oh my lorddd i so get that. my bsf is a furry and ive been around the community (ice thought about making a fursona but im too lazy) but i find if a video of a furry blows up its not really in the nice way. people can be so mean sometimes to people who are just being creative :C
