I'm at my cousins house and went to the bathroom to vomit bc I started feeling rlly sick and I discover the fattest heaviest bloodiest flow ever?? and I've been on and off spotting this entire month.like bro why?? its so ouchie

hey girlie just letting you know occasional vomiting while menstrual is normal but vomiting and heavy flow can be signs of internal issues. It's best to see a doctor if it continues and you experience terrible cramps. I'm sorry if you can't get professional help or professionals are ass because it's 'just how period is'. I hope you experience better menstrual cycles if it's just occasional vomiting
