.·°՞(っ-ᯅ-ς)՞°·.

I swear I’ve watched at least a hundred glow-up videos on YouTube. The ones that show these girls with perfect skin and clean girl vibes doing these intense routines with like, 178902 steps.

And I’m just sitting there like, “Okay yes. This is it. I’m gonna become her.”

I always start strong—day one I’m stretching, lighting candles. Day two I’m kinda tired but still pushing. Day three? I'm back to doomscrolling in bed with a snack and questionable life choices.

I want to glow up... I really do.

Anyway, if you're like me and your glow-up era is on pause (again), you're not alone. We’ll get there ... hopefully. I would really appreciate if you guys could me tips on glowing up and staying motivated to keep a routine tho (ㅅ •᷄ ₃•᷅ )

nobody needs to glow up- we're all human <3

but if you're looking for general life improvements, i'd start with getting rid of things that allow you to doomscroll

for me, this looked like deleting instagram/tiktok/snapchat and moving to social media websites where i had to choose what i looked at

if youtube is a problem, turning off watch history will stop you from being able to look at shorts unless they're from a subscribed channel

try to fill your time with active activies- reading, drawing, painting, writing!

and in the end, if you do none of these, that's perfectly fine! you're still going to be awesome and cool and hot if you doomscroll and bedrot, you just might not feel super great

nooooo ure literally already so so beautiful!! u don't need to glow up! as long as youre taking care of your health and are a nice person you'll be beautiful inside and out💗 i found that after i got over my issues with self hatred and stuff i felt so much better about myself. i still struggle with facial dysmorphia sometimes but u always gotta take a step back!!

at the end of the day, remember, SOCIAL MEDIA IS FABRICATED!! people only show what they want u to see!!! so dont compare urself to them💗

Omg thank you so much!! I am really glad the you got over your self hatred! But yeah, I also believe taking care of yourself (mentally and physically) is the biggest step to glowing up (˶◜ᵕ◝˶).
