I’m pretty sure I had a manic episode last night 😭😭

So last night I’m pretty sure I had a manic episode. I was like incredibly hyper and talkative just felt very good about my self and it was really out of nowhere. The timeline of events was I watched YouTube shorts for an hour and then started journaling for probably thirty minutes. I then randomly felt like dancing and did a shit ton of K-pop dances in the mirror. Then I got sherbet ice cream and watched these things called fridge interviews. It was a really weird experience because I stayed up till like 2AM I just very happy the whole time very giddy idk lol.
