The idle boy and his toys
Little Andy mucket played all day not with playmates, for his only friends were made of
clay. They moved with Janky friction and never had a word of their own to say but he still
loved them all the same. He was the jester of the playground a gawky boy with a bag full
of toys each with their own set of clothes. His dolls were of a higher Caliber then any of
ones you would have seen, the tallest he named felix had a thin body, a mimicry of the
little boy but the dolls face was where the similarities ended for it had a somber look
with droopy eyes and puffy cheeks. The shortest one he named Jude she wore a plump
stature and firm legs; she had joints at every point unlike felix who had the most basic
articulation. The rest were just as unique but felix and Jude were his favourite.
The idle boy and his toys sat all day
Wasting the hours away but as the bell ringed the boy began to grin
For his true friends had come to play and off they’d run into the streets for fun
They filled their bags by the ton with parts and hearts.
Making tons of new friends along the way.
Little Andy mucket grew his collection day by day.
