*I wanted this blog to end here, but it can't because this song was originally done by The Rock-A-Teens, but they deemphasized the lyrical aspects of the song by including talented instrumental interludes, so it's inherently not as good. Much like how Johnny Cash did Hurt better than Nine Inch Nails. Either way, it had to be mentioned to be complete, and it kind of detracts from the genius of the lyrics. Damnit!!
