been to irl paradise to play a concert this weekend (photoblog)

hey so me and my band played as a support band this saturday (june 7th). it was the first time i stayed over somewhere to play a concert. 

it was super fun! there weren't many people at the venue, but i think we did great and the technician did a great job with the sound, literally everyone appreciated it. and oh my GOD i haven't sweated more in my entire life i swear. playing nofx and blink 182 on the drums isn't an easy job okay T_T

the people from the bar we played at said we were cute, the musicians from the other band were all asking for beer while we drank cocacolas 😭😭 we started at around 11:30 and the next band at almost 1 am. 

if you're interested, here's the spotify of my band. we have our social media linked there, too. we play pop punk, but so far we've only got 2 songs on Spotify. we're working on more, so be patient, i promise!

the main band that played after us, who are super nice to us, is called Bestas. they play a mix of punk and galician folk music, with a bit of ska. they feature the speed and simplicity of punk rock with traditional galician melodies and instruments (bagpipes, accordion, etc). as for songs, my favorite is "de pikete a patrón". definetly check them out, they deserve it!

the concert was in a super small village in the northern shore of lugo (in Spain btw). the landscapes were soooo beautiful but I'll let them speak for themselves below:

 

that bench in the last picture is considered the most beautiful bench in the world, and i agree with that. the shores and cliffs are just so beautiful that i feel like these photos don't even do them justice. not all these photos are from the same spot, though.
