Cutting.

Okay, I don't know who needs to know this (my bestfriend does) but

You think cutting yourself is the solution? Baby, you were not born to hurt yourself. You were not put on this Earth to bleed for people who couldn’t even love you properly. You were born to heal. To rise. To evolve. Cutting is not strength. It’s pain crying for help in silence. But let me tell you something, the moment you choose not to hurt yourself, even when the world has given you every reason to? That’s power. That’s you saying, 'I’m not going out like this. I deserve more.'

You are not weak for feeling like this. You are human. But you are not staying in this chapter. Not on my watch.

Clean up your space. Breathe. Scream. Cry. Journal every dark thought out of your soul if you need to. But you are not laying hands on your body like it’s the enemy. You are sacred.

Self-harm is not a release. Healing is. It’s uncomfortable, yes. But it's the only way forward. I want you to imagine your highest self,  that future version of you who feels free, confident, glowing. They do not cut. They cry, maybe. they rant. But they keep going. Why? Because they know the pain is temporary but their purpose is not.
