"abs are made in the kitchen"

I do believe this is true in *most cases*. however, in my case, my abs aren't as visible as I expected. im not too sure but it might be that im not at a low enough body fat. id say im at like 15% or 16% body fat. so after a year of not training abs, im gonna start training them now. my goal is to have more defined love handles.


okay maybe I look a lil bit more than 16% but idk. u can try to guess.
