I just recently tried to make something new, a Japanese style cheesecake. It’s a light, semisweet cheesecake that melts on your tongue.
The meringue I made for it could have definitely been firmer, I under-whipped it so it wasn’t as airy. Will definitely make again. Maybe with some caramel sauce or strawberries.
