WHY ARE PEOPLE USING ß AS A STYLISH B

Ok so i am german and im seeing people (not om this site) using the german letter ß as a stylish B but for those who dont know the letter makes an "Ss" sound so like i saw a guy with username "Theßoss" like no you are just "the sus" yes i made an among us joke in 2025
