I think I should give up on NFTs, How do I stop feeling this way?

I am worried I am going to stop buying nfts. I have had this account for three years now and I have lost so much money and I don't think my NFTs are going to increase in value, How do I stop feeling this way? There's surely still hope and I want to stop myself from leaving before I hit the gold.
