i cant believe im graduating

my senior year of high school went by SO FAST !!!! 

its always bittersweet to go through the end of the year motions, knowing youll never see the seniors again, but this time im the senior and i didnt realize how much this kinda sucks.

i've been in choir for my entire high school career and i dont even remember what it feels like to not have my choir teacher around. i used to hate her actually, but now i love her, and it doesn't compute that she'll never teach me again :(... i had my last actual class with her on friday and when i gave her a hug at the end of the hour i started crying...

not to mention my other teachers -- my ap lang teacher turned yearbook teacher has always supported me and been a great conversation partner, and i'll miss talking about music or politics or whatever else with her.

i didn't have as strong of a connection with my other teachers as these two, but they still had a huge role in where i am today and its so surreal that in a week it'll just be .. Over !!

and then the students -- while most of my friends are seniors like me, i'll still miss my junior and sophomore friends!! that's a bit different though, because i can still kind of stay in contact with those people, it'll just be harder.

my high school itself wasn't the best place to be, but it was mine, and i can't imagine another experience
