i'm gonna draw a chia seed cookie run oc i looove i loooooove
Ingredients
- chia seeds
- coconut water
- frozen mango
- milk
Method
- Make chia seed pudding (mix chia seeds and coconut water, stir well then put it in the fridge overnight)
- Blend together frozen mangos and milk
- Put the mango smoothie in a bowl, mix with chia seed pudding
- You can put toppings if you want, I recommend berries and whipped cream c:
Tips
- MEASUREMENTS !! All measurements are up to you. I usually use like a 3:1 ratio of mangos to milk because yum I love super thick smoothies
- If you blend chia seeds with the mango smoothie, the colour will be... off
- Chia seeds then coconut water or it will be hard to mix (it's hard to mix either way ( ꩜ ᯅ ꩜;) )
- For extra protein you can put greek yoghurt as well as milk when you blend the smoothie
