Frieren Beyond Journey's End Mini Review

I'm sure you've at least heard of Frieren by now.  It's taken the world by storm and is many anime aficionados' favorite series of all time.  While it's only in my top 5 and not three, Frieren does live up to the hype.

The pacing is perfect for what's on screen.

Demons are actually evil and not just an analogy for humans.  They are monsters who only speak to deceive humans.  Brilliant introduction of demons.  It has the same effect as Goblin Slayer's intro episode but is handled more delicately and relies more on script which is strong. 

Character growth is in small increments but visible.  Stark is the character I wish to see gain confidence.  Fern could grow up a little.  Frieren herself is learning to appreciate the mortal, time-limited humans and take time to understand them.  This is an excellent series across multiple agegroups and should be seen by many more people before it falls out of popularity.  I wait for more.
