Capricorn One Mini Movie Review

A faked mars landing movie is a wild premise in and of itself.  It's one of the early examples of this concept in Hollywood and OJ Simpson is one of the astronauts.  The story handles the reasons for faking a landing, the internal conflict among the astronauts and support staff along with how this afflicts everyone involved.

This movie contains one of the few positive depictions of a journalist that I can identify with.  He chases stories that he considers important instead of whatever his boss tells him and that ends up saving the lives of several people including the astronauts.

Government officials are depicted in the proper light for the most part.  The FBI too.
