Monday's are really hard. I was able to get ample rest and relaxion this weekend, but I am still not mentally motivated to go to work. I have played with boogie (my baby girl), and I just do not want to leave. The older she gets, the harder it is to leave home. I know everyone else goes through this as well, but it is like my body is telling me that it wants to just slow down and just be home with my family.
Yet here we go, time to "Adult" and continue pushing. I hope today goes well. I am mentally prepared because I already know it is going to be crazy when I get there. Staying positive and going to listen to my normal podcasts on my way in to clear my mind.
