I’m literally going to cry I mean I already have but I currently have no headphones because I lost mine and it’s been hell everyone’s voice makes me wanna scream and I can’t go in my room right now because it looks like a pig sty I need to clean it but I’m scared that I’m going to find a water bug because of all the clutter my beds been itchy I haven’t found any bed bugs and my sheets always coming off my bed even though when we bought it, it said it was a full size. My room feels gross no matter what I do I don’t have a bed frame run so it’s really hard to make my bed when because it’s on the floor. I just need somewhere quiet the living room would be fine IF I HAD HEADPHONES. I just hate that I’m being so mean but I genuinely can’t help it because every time someone talks to me I want to scream. Anyways bye ig if you have any tips to help with adhd, depression, anxiety, autism, or bipolar that would be greatly appreciated cause I’m struggling. T-T anyways bye
