i might just be dumb ._.

i really want to change my blog and bulletin area to fit my vibe but idk how!! i went to layouts and found some that was supposed to change it. the person who made it said to insert the code into the blog itself but that did nothing :/ i tried putting it into the about me but that also didnt work. ＞﹏＜am i just dumb or is there smthin else i can do to change it!?!??!?!??!? PLS HELP (＃°Д°)
