Over the last year or so I've done a lot of work on myself. I've struggled with weight loss for a while, but that's not where this is going the biggest thing I need to work on still is Anger Management and Mindfulness. See while being off my antidepressants for over a year and not smoking cigarettes or weed or cutting out a lot of drinking may be good for me health-wise but now I struggle to deal with my emotions because I don't have a good coping method. Years ago I used to meditate There was a really nice lake that you could hop out on the rocks to get to the middle of and I'd go out there, but I don't have that where I am now. Found a few things that might help me out though The website Alison has some free courses you can take for anger management and even mindfulness and I found a good handful of books.
I think I'll be reading some of these and posting blog updates about how I feel about them and even posting on my TikTok and YouTube of me doing those and trying to start a new workout routine. It's been a while since I really posted anything on there anyway. Anyway, here's to trying to be better, here's to improving and evolving.
