Undertale and Deltarune rant (very long). 06/05/25

I can't believe I almost forgot to update you guys!!! I'm so sorry [cry]. Nothing much happened today, except one thing.. DELTARUNE!!!!!!!! CHAPTERS THREE AND FOUR!!!! My mom let me buy the two for $37 FRICKING DOLLARS which is fine ofc since Toby Fox has been work on those chapters since 2021. So far I'm only 3 hours into chapter 3 but it is on a godly level good. Much creepier than last chapter, and is very humourous. The puzzles are way better and even more fun, and I'm obsessed with the rhythm game one. But that's all I'm gonna spoil!!! But, for the people that don't know, Deltarune is like a sequel to Undertale. You don't need to know the lore behind Undertale to play this game, but it's far more fun to play when you see the references. It's about this kid named Kris (isn't confirmed to be a boy or a girl. Kris can be whoever you want him to be just like Undertaker's protagonist that you control, so I'm going to refer to Kris as a boy) who goes to a school full of monsters. While he goes to get chalk for his teacher with his friend (not very friendly at first), he goes into the closet and the two find out that there's a whole other world. The dark world, where they meet a lovely goat prince named Ralsei. The three go on an adventure to close to dark fountain.. and that's all I remember from the top of my head. But, perfect way to close off. The rest you should see for yourself! The first two chapters are for free on like every single platform except for mobile and tablet.. so go check it out.

I was playing this frigging game in a Chara cosplay, which I know isn't "Deltarune", but to me it's a tradition that every time I play Undertale or Deltarune I wear the cosplay I bought from 2020. While people were cosplaying Danganronpa, my ass was cosplaying Chara from Undertale [sob]. But it's ok, I love my Chara cosplay. It's never betrayed me, and it's the longest cosplay I've ever owned. Thank god it's a sweater and a pair of shorts, it's lasted me for YEARS. I've been an Undertale fan since 2020, and I know Im late to the party but think about it. It was a thing since 2015 of September. I was only about 4 years late. It's just because that "2020" seems so much more than it is, that it seems that Its far away. So, you could call me an og fan.. since in 2015 I was four. So... CUT ME SOME SLACK!

Undertale is like a... Life-changing game for me. It changed how I see the world, how I see myself, and I keep that game close to heart. I can never not finish the game without crying so hard my eyes want to pop out my skull. It's so simple yet it pulls at your heart strings. It's the first rpg game ever to make characters remember what you have done in past routes. Well, not all of them, but a few. It's honestly creepy. People always say that it gets boring after the first few playthroughs, but the thing is.. Undertale isn't supposed to be a game you play over and over and over! When you reset, it doesn't go back to how it was because that's the moral of the story. Your actions have consequences! Whatever you do and try, it won't go back to normal because you already chose it! And that's what most people don't get. So just remember that if you're going to play. Undertale is told to be one of the best indie games of all time, and that's saying a lot but Undertale deserves it. It has such iconic characters, dialogue, and layout. The word "determination" alone triggers millions of people to remember Undertale. It's that influencial (if that's even a word)!

Anyway, Deltarune is frigging awesome. One of the best games I've ever played ever. Undertale is frigging awesome. THE best game I've ever played plural (and that won't ever change, I guarantee it). So... Yeah. That's all folks! See you again tomorrow for another life update. Lol.
