Fear street prom Queen (2025)

Basic summary-There’s a killer on the loose thats killing all the prom Queen candidates from Shadyside High’s class of 1988. The newest addition to the Fear Street movie franchise.

New fear street movie dropped so I’m gonna talk about it. It came out on the 22nd which was the same day as my prom which was cool (I didn’t go) but I was really excited for this movie. I don’t watch a lot of movies but I’ve been into this franchise since the first one came out. The dialogue was very….not good at times and the acting was also weak at times..

  I actually thought most of the cast were beginner actors. I have not read the book but I found out the movie is nothing like the book when I was watching videos on the movie after I finished it and everyone started bringing it up. Maybe I’ll read it. From what I’m hearing they cut out and rushed a ton of development of plot and characters. 

 The only kill I actually liked was the one where the dudes hands got cut off. I didn’t like a lot of the characters either  except Christy (who got killed off almost instantly) and Melissa. I hardly liked the main character..

Ummm I guess it’s a good movie just to watch when you’re bored or something. I’m pretty sure they tried connecting it to the original trilogy but I hardly noticed.

Final Destination Bloodlines (2025)

Basic summary-The 6th movie in the Final Destination franchise. A college student has reoccurring nightmares about her grandmother in an accident involving the collapse of a sky tower. She travels back home to try to figure out the cause of the nightmares and learns her grandmother actually prevented the accident and now death is coming for her and her family for messing with its design.

I saw the movie last night with my cousin superrr last minute like we caught the 8:15 show and decided to go that day at 7:50 something cause the theater wasn’t far

Dude it was amazing I’ve never seen any of the movies before this but I think I need to now I loved it 

I kinda knew what was gonna happen in the sky tower scene because of all the memes going around but man it still got me. Paul dying and falling while iris tried to save him was so sad. AND IRIS HOLDING ON TO THE TOWER FROM HER FREAKING RING WITH THE BABYY! The skin getting ripped off her finger was so gross.

The iris death jump-scares they’d put in  for some of Stefani’s scenes got me so bad.

Julia’s death being first because of the Erik reveal was crazy I really thought she was gonna be saved from the truck and I mean she could’ve if the boys didn’t get the driver to stop it maybe. Erik’s death was so freaking scary like the other ones were scary but for his I literally had to cover my eyes whyyyy didn’t he just stay put he would’ve survived since he wasn’t apart of the bloodline he was hot as shit too. AND POOR BOBBY BRO he was so sweet I’m so mad. Like he literally kinda almost made it but I knew he would have to die eventually.

But the ENDING? Again this was my first final destination movie so I THOUGHT THEY WOULD SURVIVE  and Charlie broooo he was supposed to go to prom I really thought everything would go back to normal. As soon as that dude said Charlie didn’t really bring Stefani back to life because she didn’t actually die me and my cousin knew they were screwed. 

Anyways really good movie I’ve been watching edits of it all day lol. It was the first movie I’ve seen in theaters in a while I think I’m gonna see the Dan Da Da one when that comes out too if it doesn’t come to Netflix.

I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997)

Basic summary-A group of teens end up hitting a fisherman with their car and decide to dump the body and make a pact to never speak about the accident again. Thinking no one saw them,they all move on with their lives until a year later where they each receive a letter saying “I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER.”

I deadass didn’t remember I watched a kill count on this movie until the final act

I saw that this one was on Netflix until June 30 so I just watched it now. Tbh I don’t know how I feel about it. I think it’s an alright movie, I know it’s a popular one though. I did like Julia and the sister character. NOT HELLENS SISTER. Hellen’s sister made me so mad bro WHAT was her problem. But yeah I thought it was alright but I didn’t like how most of the kill scenes were filmed. Also Julia’s last outfit was sooo cute 

Grave encounters (2011)

Basic summary-

Idk man I really liked this movie. It was pretty slow at first it took like half the movie to get to the first kill but I enjoyed it. Let me tell you the people in this movie will to live is crazy strong I would’ve been gone. It has some pretty good scares though like T.C. getting sucked into the bathtub and that monster thing that grabbed Sasha 

Bro I wanted them to leave Matt behind so bad.. like the way he was walking so slow and holding him back had me clenching my butt cheeks with rage I KNOW he’s their friend but he was so clearly too far gone. 

The ending felt like it was cut short but they continue the story in the second one so it’s okay 

Overall it’s a fun movie I think people just hate it cause it isn’t super scary

Grave encounters 2 (2012)

Basic summary-

I think this was a good sequel. I like that they went back to the original location and Alex’s character reminds me of that troupe where a character would be obsessed with a movie and then they get in the same situation that happens in the movie and use their knowledge from it to survive.

I was watching the movie and Trevor looked so familiar it was bothering me until I had to stop and look it up dude he was in Descendants 2.  

The characters in this one were wayyy more prepared than the first one. You can tell the time difference based on the technology. The kind they bring is way better. But they didn’t believe the place was actually haunted in the first one so that’s also probably why.

You can really see Alex go crazy throughout the movie. Like from him talking to his YouTube viewers and  giving that update where he looked all tired to when he goes from immediately giving up on trying to escape the building because he knows the map is useless to killing Jennifer.

I have no idea how it didn’t click that the dude in the tunnel was Preston from the first movie it just didn’t click until they started talking about the first movie.

The scene where Preston is talking to the ghost and the ghost is holding the camera and filming him is so goofy but the movie is filmed through the perspective of their cameras so what else could they really do. And the goal was to finish the film. At least the ghost doesn’t have a physical body I feel that would’ve made it worse.

The scene with Preston getting sucked into that black hole was so random? Where did it come from. Then they just moved on after too. The ending is nuts I did NOT think Alex was gonna kill Jennifer. Also the thing where he went back to the guy to convince everyone that it’s all fake if I was in that universe I would definitely think it’s real like 100% I mean the same way Alex found out the first one is real other people can find out both of them are. EVERYONE IS DEAD except Alex.

One thing they did better in this movie is showing how the building morphs I couldn’t follow it at all in the first one.

Also not really related to the movie but holy moly Richard Harmon (Alex) face card in this thing is insane..

Jeepers Creepers (2001)

Basic summary-

Surprisingly this movie gets the plot moving pretty quickly. Like in the first 10 minutes they have their first interaction with the Creeper. I like that the main characters are siblings. I don’t see a ton of sibling duos as the main characters in horror movies.

 What I really wanna know is how the hell did Darry not scream when he was in that cave. Like I know he was obviously shocked but even when he saw that girl and guy sewn together and the hundreds of people on the ceiling  he didn’t. This movie was really suspenseful though like I was on the edge on my seat the whole time and I was noticing that because the other movies I talked about on here didn’t make me feel that for real. But this movie also made me so madddd. WHY did they just sit there when the police was killed also that head prop looked so fake but better for me so I don’t get scared. But omggg they just sat there EVEN WHEN THE CREEPER WAS EATING THE OFFICERS TONGUE. GET IN THE CAR!!!!!!!! And they did it AGAIN when they went to the old lady’s house and the lady was fighting the creeper I was so angry whenever they sat there. I had to pause and remember it’s just a movie. 

The creeper eventually ended up getting Darry and DUDE.  When they showed his body he was HOLLOW. NO BRAIN OR NOTHING just his eyes gauged out and you could literally see through him,crazy.  Anyways there’s a sequel that I’m probably going to watch tomorrow along with Friday the 13th since that’s tomorrow. It has a different cast and stuff so it’s probably not related to the first one but it came out like two years later so maybe.

Friday the 13th (1980)

Basic summary-

This movie is not good. I’m guessing the franchise gained its massive following for literally any other entry in than this one.

The kill through the bed was cool.

Jeepers Creepers 2 (2003)

Basic summary-

This sequel was really good. Like I think I like it a little more than the original.. I actually saw the dvd when I went to disc replay a few days ago but I didn’t grab it cause I hadn’t seen it yet and I didn’t wanna get the dvd if I didn’t like the movie. But now I regret it cause I DO like it 💔 the sequels of these movies I’ve seen so far have been like really good. Probably cause they were made only 2 to 3 years later. I mean shit earlier I found out there’s TWO more movies in this franchise and rumors of a 5th that exist but people don’t talk about them cause they aren’t the best. One from 2017 and another from 2022.

The only thing that threw me off was the Jeepers Creepers song not being played since it was such a huge thing in the first movie. This movie is completely different from the first but I love it. Even the opening scene was able to draw me in with Jackie’s brother getting swooped up by the creeper. The dreams/visions the blonde girl got was kinda a strange thing to add but hey we got to see Darry again a win is a win. The main setting being on a bus was different from what I’ve seen before but they made it work really well I loved it. But that scene when some stayed on the bus and some left bruh I would’ve just kicked the people that the creeper was looking at off. Or even got off myself. But it did attack anyone so I guess that didn’t really matter. I’m glad most survived though.

Straw (2025)

Basic summary-

First non horror movie on here and it’s a Tyler perry movie. Man my family would make us all watch his movies all the damn time. I watched this one with my cousin and grandpa. The twist was spoiled for me already cause this movie has been blowing up recently but it still got me because it’s at the very end. The acting was freaking amazing thoughhh and I really loved the characters especially Teyana Taylor’s character since it’s so different from Sabrina in the Madea movies plus she and the officer that was actually listening to her was the only reasonable ones.

 I liked this movie a lot and my cousin and grandpa did too cause they were talking through it.. I was too though can’t even lie. The only thing that made me mad for real was the landlord throwing the kids medicine out with their stuff (but that was before the reveal) and the officer that gave Janiyah a ticket taking literally foreverrrr to come forward and then hesitate to give the other officers name. Like girl I know you heard that threat he gave her. Also I guess Tessa’s character was a bit annoying but CAN YOU REALLY BLAME HER? They was held in that bank for hours.

Final Destination (2000)

Basic summary-

Ohhh Billy my shayla💔. I got the 5 film collection dvd off eBay along with a “new” portable dvd player. Like I have one already but man I could not find a charger for it for the life of me so I just gave up it was like 30 bucks with tax.

Obviously I already knew about the plane scene cause it’s super popular but I’ve never actually seen it. (Again bloodlines was my first time watching any of the movies) so I know that scene, the log scene ,the rollercoaster scene,basically all the major ones in the franchise but man it still was crazy as shit to watch through for the first time. And they did Tod so dirtyyyyy killing him right after his brother just died. I really liked Alex as a main character and I know she’s not the main character but I liked Clear too. I heard she comes back in another movie idk which one tho (she’s probably gonna die) and you can probably tell by the first line but I really liked Billy. They just HAD to go and cut his head off.

  The end shocked me like I knew they weren’t safe but I didn’t think it would happen that fast into the time skip. I would’ve been fuckin pissed if I was Carter he KNEW Alex was next before the loop started and still saved him only to get killed IMMEDIATELY he didn’t get one more day or nothing. But I loved how Carter eventually warmed up to Alex and Clear, not like he really had a choice.

Final Destination 2 (2003)

Basic summary-

Yeah Clears dead they blew her face right off. As soon as they brought Kimberley back with cpr I knew it wasn’t over cause they just pulled the same thing in the new one with Charlie and Stefani. Don’t have a lot to say about this one but I liked it. Now I get to watch the roller coaster one lol. 

Detention (2011)

Basic summary-

What the HELL IS HAPPENING IN THIS MOVIE???? I saw it on Tubi saying it’s expiring in 11 days and it has Josh Hutcherson in it so I was like what the heck I’ll watch it before it leaves. WHHAT IS GOING ON. It’s a horror comedy and even from the opening credits so much is happening. I literally had to take notes while watching like it’s so freaking random. One of the characters is literally PART FLY. He pukes acid and shit and his dad would make him carry a tv on his hands trough his childhood because he didn’t want people to know his son was a freak. And then there’s a character that had detention everyday for 19 YEARS???

One of the characters swaps bodies with her mom to win a dance competition or something and that somehow made her go back to 1992. Then that somehow connects to the world ending so the daughter who is now in 1992 has to take the future principal to prom to stop him from making a bomb and blowing up the school which would make it not exist in the present day. At the end of the movie the mom and daughter don’t even switch back so now the mom looks younger and the daughter looks older. To top it all of the main villain dies by getting his head chomped on by the school bear statue. Bro got the bite of 83 treatment. 

This movie is insane. And it’s edited like the Scott pilgrim movies so it keeps jumping around. It’s crazy but I liked it.

Final Destination 3 (2006)

Basic summary-

The roller coaster one. I would’ve been yelling for my LIFE if I was Jason bruh. I know he didn’t know what was going to happen but the way Wendy was screaming he wasn’t fighting hard enough to get out for me.

I really liked this cast (except Frankie) if I had to pick favorites I would pick Julie and maybe Ian because I liked the stuff with his last name being the name of the town and shit. 

 I was surprised Ashley and Ashlyn died so fast cause I know they’re super popular characters with the fans. I thought they were gonna live longer. Also they played the song during their deaths I thought they were gonna play it on the actual roller coaster. The death that was the most gruesome to me was Erin’s. Probably because it took multiple nails for her to die. One probably hit her brain and killed her but she felt every single one before that.

7/9/25 edit yeah nah I rewatched this on the 4th of July and Ashley and Ashlyn’s are definitely the worst I mean come on they were literally burned alive.

Giving Wendy that last vision while she was on the train with no way out until the next stop was just disrespectful. When you see that time skip in these you gotta assume nobody is about to make it to the next movie. I know she was distracted by Julie but she should’ve pushed both of them out the subway since she saw the 180 in the mirror. But then again no one really survives in these plus they didn’t know Kevin was there.

 

Quick note Wendy’s character they made her a “control freak” and in the movie she tries to gain control over death,cool

I can see why this is one of the most popular ones in the franchise 

Final Destination 4 (2009)

Basic summary-

This is the most hated one apparently. I was locked the hell into this movie then all of a sudden I hear a HARD er outta nowhere. But then he was the first one to die.

This movie is definitely the weakest in the franchise but it ain’t bad. It felt like a lot of the death scenes we’re super quick tho

Hunt’s death was so crazy to me bro why didn’t Nick gaf his organs were everywhere and bro wiped his face and moved on.

 Organs got sucked through his bootyhole

My favorite kill was the movie theater one even though it was a vision and Nick ends up preventing it. Speaking of that scene I really liked it. It was very suspenseful and  I thought he was done for when the nail gun trapped him. Like he literally was able to lift the piece of burning wood with one arm.

Now this might just be me, but if I knew that I was supposed to die at that race track and witnessed FIRST HAND what happens when you don’t pick up the signs that death gives you. I don’t think I would let my guard down in a place called death by caffeine.

Also I know everyone always talks about it but seriously the intro music is so good

Final destination 5 (2011)

Basic summary-

Yeah this was definitely supposed to be the last one 

BROOO THIS IS A PREQUEL THEY WERE ON FLIGHT 180!!!! 

Throughout the movie I was wondering why they didn’t bring it up because all the other ones did but now I know. I can’t believe this was never spoiled for me but I’m SUPER GLAD I wasn’t 

Other than that I don’t really give a shit about this one. I’m mad about my girl Molly though she could’ve lived 😢 If it weren’t for the plot twist at the end it would be the lowest if I were to rank all of them with 1 & 6 being on the  higher end.

Lisa Frankenstein (2024)

Basic summary-

My dvd freezes when it gets to the scene where he plays the piano so I’ll just talk about the first half until I can fix it.

I wanted to see this one in theaters so baddd when it came out but I never got the chance I have seen a kill count on this movie but it was a longgg time ago so I don’t really remember a lot.

The colors of this movie are SOOOO CUTIE. I need more modern movies to go all out with colors like I know it’s for the 80s vibe of the movie but they’re so nice and easy on the eyes. They definitely can work with films set in this time too.

I want to talk about Lisa and her sister they are so cute. I LOVE how her sister is super nice and always looks out for her even though their parents got married like a year ago. If the movie didn’t reveal they were step sister I would’ve 100% believed they were blood related she do nawttt play about her. Also the dad is Ted from Stranger Things and he’s basically playing the same character.

Terrifier (2016)

Basic summary-

 I do nottt want to finish this movie bruh I know it came out in 2016 but why is there a literal filter on it. The acting and dialogue keeps taking me out the movie. At this point I haven’t finished it yet but oh my GOD the blonde is annoying. I would even call her a bad friend because why on earth would you call over and start messing with the dude your friend is clearly afraid of when it’s super late at night too. I’m pretty sure the character is supposed to be drunk here but I deadass cannot tell. Like at some points I can believe it but then she acts completely sober. Like no stumbling while walking no mumbling over words no nothing. 

 I know this franchise is popular so I’m gonna finish it and hope the other two are better. It does have a low budget (for a movie at least) so maybe the others have a bigger one BUT LIKE THERE ARE TONS OF LOW BUDGET MOVIES THAT ARE GOOD. Ok let me go finish it

Signal 100 (2019)

Basic summary-A high school teacher hypnotizes his students using a dvd from a cult which makes you commit suicide if you trigger any of the 100 signals and the students have to figure each signal out and try to find a way to break the curse before dawn.

Ngl this movie reminds me of those Roblox voiceover videos you know the ones that be like “I can’t say or do this or I’ll explode!!!” It’s literally that but I like it.

Dude some of these signals are crazy I looked up the full list and here’s some I think I’d just forget about. Some of these are from the manga and don’t appear in the movie.

-Violence towards others

-Drinking out of a water bottle 

-Sitting in the hallway 

-Staring silently at someone for more that 15 seconds 

-Skipping one stair step when climbing 

-Knocking on doors more than 3 times

-Start walking with your left leg

-Fumbling your words

Dude I knew Wada was a whole villain the first scene he was in that library with that dude but my goodness gracious bro he didn’t even make an attempt to have everyone survive didn’t even consider it got straight to killing everybody. He was super DUPER wrong for triggering a signal on that girl he knew liked him.

And of course he had to do some freak shit before trying to kill himself he did NOT have to drink another persons blood. He didn’t die after that tho.  

One thing I was confused about is why didn’t they just leave the circle or run away when the students were going to trigger the “7 or more people pointing at you” signal. Like it’s not like they couldn’t move because all 7 haven’t pointed yet. Also very few ran from the beer shower like they didn’t even try in that one. But it was near the end of the movie so I guess they had to speed things up 

When Sora started talking about the pills that would “break the curse” I knew he was bullshitting cause they didn’t make any sense and came out of nowhere last minute. Yeah they ended up being aspirin. 

The ending was alright. I don’t know how the HELL Reina found the teacher again but ok.

Welcome home,Roxy Carmichael (1990)

Basic summary-

Dinky and Ms Zaks relationship reminded me a lot of Matilda and Ms Honeys so I thought that was really cute. Same with her relationship with Gerald thought that was cute though it feels like there’s something missing like they should’ve had something else happen before they got together but whatever. Like I mean he did tell his friend he liked her but I feel like there should’ve been a scene at the school where he tells everyone and stuff and make the students get to know her since he knows she’s being bullied for being strange and distant. But I guess him getting those braces made him strange like her? Since people think he looks bad in them.

She also starts to add more pink to her outfits little by little to show her, interest to say the least, in Roxy growing which immediately made me think of Heather taking Heather Chandlers role and adding more red to her look.

Evelyn and Debbie were DEFINITELY together. I think Evelyn had a crush on Roxy but yk she left so she had to try to find her in someone else like how the man (I cannot remember his name for the life of me) and his new family.

Overall I liked it I thought it was really sweet. I can’t believe Roxy wasn’t even her mom though the movie had me convinced.

Idle hands (1999)

Basic summary-

So funny seeing Devon Sawa playing this “tough” ass character like he ain’t a sweetie pie

Anton fumbled so hard when she was giving Molly her lyric book back I got embarrassed and had to pause the movie

At the beginning of the movie he doesn’t know his hand is possessed and there’s a killer on the loose (him) but like he didn’t even attempt to look for his parents. I mean he called out for his mom when he found out there was no milk and dog food left but that was about it until he found them dead. And like when he was running cause he thought the killer was in his house he only took the dog bruh he do not gaf about his cat at all. But he did go and look for it,after he flung it out the window on accident.

 ALSO ABOUT THAT SCENE when he finds his parents and immediately gets his friends. They would’ve pissed me off so badddd if I were him like what do you mean you don’t see the two corpses right there.

I wish Debi had more screen time she definitely could’ve done way more. Supposedly the demon thing possesses the laziest person it can find but I don’t believe that Anton is lazier than his friends I just can’t.

They’re high school seniors I’m pretty sure and those cops that Anton runs into were seniors when him and his friends were freshmen but dude they look so old…. they also became cops in like 3 years.

Family (2018)

Basic summary-

Omggg I loved this movie. I added it to my list just to watch more genres but I love it so much. So many of the characters are so awkward. Kate is extremely relatable at least to me, especially with the thing she does where she accidentally leaves before the conversation ends.

 This movie is so FUNNY bro. I never find myself laughing at jokes in movies but this one had me cracking up. Some of these characters are hilarious especially that baby joker dude. He reminds me of people I would randomly run into at school and never talk to again. 

Idk why Jill was acting like the garage being open was  something Kate needed to deal with immediately. Like she was on her ass about that every time she saw her. Them kids need to stay off other people’s property. But it did end up falling on her…

How in the world did they actually get insane clown posse in this. I thought they were gonna get some actors that look like them yk how in sitcoms in the 2010s would get a dude that looked like Obama to play him I thought they were gonna do that. I don’t listen to them but I do know what they look like and that’s definitely them.

Suchhhh a cute movie definitely recommend it

Tamara (2005)

The effects in this movie were so bad but I enjoyed the movie.

Some of them still got me though, like the illusion Tamara gave Roger so he thought there were worms in his arm. The scene where he killer himself was pretty graphic too. He was such a cutie😢 and got the harshest death.

 Ooo another scene that got me was the one where She made Kisha throw up her guts on the bathroom floor that one was real gross. 

The whole movie actually reminds me of Carrie and Jennifer’s body with the coming back from the dead and getting revenge on the people that killed her thing but I haven’t watched either of them so..

Ending had me confused as hell. She was like rotting but then she stopped and went back to normal by her control idk how she did that. And then the teacher she had a crush on jumped off the roof WITH HER instead of just pushing her off. That made me so mad dude you got a whole wife who cares if the teenage demon doesn’t get her wish of dying with you.

 

  

Jennifer’s body (2009)

Chris Pratt jumpscare 

I wanted to watch this movie cause it’s super popular with girls my age and I can see why omg I loved it. Might even get the dvd.  

Plus I’ve been obsessed with New Perspective by Panic at the Disco lately and this is what they wrote it for. Even though they only played a short bit of it when they were getting ready for the dance. Man I wish they played it longer. Violet by Hole is also in the soundtrack and that took me by surprise I loved that song dowwnnnnn freshman year.

The cast for this movie is freaking stacked. They even have Rodger Craig Smith (Sonic the Hedgehog) in it. He does a Voiceover for the radio and the second I heard him I knew it was him his voice is so easy to spot.

I can see why everyone swoons over Colin omg. He’s such a good character even with his little amount of screen time,shame he got killed. I love that pose he does. One thing about him is that he is gonna hit that pose.

But what I wanna know is why didn’t Anita even try…..to save Jennifer…? When the band was putting her in the van. I mean she could’ve been in shock but like she was very aware when the leader said let’s go to my van and knew that was a bad idea. She could’ve pulled on her hand or something.

I do really like her though. Her and Jennifer really feel like they’re my age. They’re written just like the teenagers they’re supposed to be.

Idk what else to say but they feel very real. Even their friendship being built off jealousy and them both kinda using each other feel very real.

SUPERMAN (2025)

HOLY PEAK. OH MY GOD BRO. THIS IS LITERALLY MY FIRST DC MOVIE CAUSE I WAS A MARVEL KID GROWING UP AND DUDE. THIS MOVIE IS FUCKING AMAZING!!!! AM I MISSNG OUT?

I wanted to see this movie cause I wanted to hear the Punkrocker Song in Theaters. I went with my dad and sister bro the tickets ended up being 30 bucks. They were 10 dollars each… but when I went to that other theater they were only 8 each. #WHATEVER!!!

I almost cried when he was talking to his parents and he was on his little ass bed bro. 😭 You can tell they love him so much.

Ok again this is my first DC movie so I didn’t know that much. Like I didn’t recognize the Justice League but I did know that was Green Lantern when he appeared. This was my first exposure to Mr Terrific and I LOVE HIM. I LOVE HIM. Also the way Green Lantern calls Superman supes is real cute.

I’ve heard that people at the test screening for this movie didn’t like the scene where Superman saves a squirrel but I really don’t see why not? They said something about it’s just an animal but he’s literally trying to get the Justice League to not kill the animal they’re fighting in the same scene.

Me and my dad deadass thought Ultraman was played by Sebastian Stan when he pulled the mask off but no it’s David Corenswet he’s supposed to be Superman’s clone.

Omg I loveedddd the colors in this movie especially compared to what I saw from The Dark Knight this is so much better Superman and gloomyness do not go together.

The closing scene was just perfect. Damn near cried when his earth parents popped up on that screen and punkrocker started playing

I personally think this is movie of the year. I mean how can you not.

 

I ammm going to try to see Fantastic 4 this week but I don’t know if it’ll go through.

Ginger Snaps-(2000)

I don’t know while I held off on this one for so long. I’ve had it on my list for a while but I watched other movies instead.

Dudeee this movie Kris Lemche/Ian and  Jesse Moss/Jason from final Destination 3 in it before that Movie came to be.

His name is also Jason in this movie too. I guess Jesse Moss just looks like a Jason

The way Jason just GOT UP after getting hit with the antidote is so funny he really just walked that shit off

Why was there a whole animal corpse on the playing field

Gingers outfits were EATINGGGGG

The way Brigitte widens her eyes reminds me of Justin long in Jeepers creepers

Brigitte and Sam were kinda cute I’m so sad he died.

I know there are two more movies but I thought they both died at the end because Ginger is fully transformed and Brigitte didn’t look like she was gonna use the antidote at all.

Ginger Snaps 2 (2004)

I watched this one over multiple days I don’t know. I couldn’t watch it in one sitting. But I DO know is that I hate that FUCKING FREAK TYLER. That’s all I wanted to say about him.

Brigitte and Ghost were so adorbs. She was treating her like her little sister and she probably got that from Ginger. I don’t really have anything else to say cause I can’t remember shitttttt.

The ending got me though. I thought Ghost was gonna go through with it and kill Brigitte liked she asked but no😭 she has her locked under her floor and throws her enemies to her to get eaten. She’s basically her pet now.

There’s one more movie but I  really don’t know how Brigitte has to be fully transformed by now. Only thing I can think of is going off the ending and the main character being Ghost and it being about her killing her enemies, but that would change the whole plot of what’s been happening in the first two.

The Virgin Suicides (1999)

I keep accidentally watching movies with a Final Destination cast member. Like a week ago I was watching Dance of The Dead and it has the racist dude from FD4 and then I watched Heart Eyes on Netflix like a month ago and that has Devon Sawa (Alex Browning) in it. I didn’t finish either of those movies tho idk why I didn’t finish Heart eyes but Dance of the Dead is like really really bad. 

Anywayyyy this movie has A.J cook in it and she plays Kimberly in FD2 a few years later.

I literally jumped back when I saw that this takes place in Michigan. I don’t have a lot to say about the movie itself but that it’s sad that all the girls died so young and they hardly knew what the world was outside the school and their house. All the girls were desperate obviously but Lux was the only one to take action even almost abandoning all her sisters to get out. But then she died in the car still in the garage.

Other than that I really like the main song they use and I’m pretty sure they play it 5 times possibly for each sister but idk man I’m too dumb to analyze movies. “I’m not in love” playing at the dance was a really good choice of song I couldn’t think of a better one it just puts the scene together perfectly.

I watched this movie on Paramount+ and now I just want to talk about how bad the  library on that app is. There’s hardly anything good on it and the only reason you should get it is if you want to watch a shit ton of MTV and Nickelodeon. Or Big Brother, that’s why I got it. This app is literally 13 a month regularly. I’m on the 99c a month thing until September 13th so trust I’m canceling it before it renews cause 1, I don’t want to pay 13 bucks to watch one show and 2, this season is TERRIBLE for some reason. Everyone is so irritating.

Jawbreaker (1999)

This movie was soooo fun. Any movie like Clueless,Heathers, and Mean Girls I will eat up every single time. I paused the movie and was lowkey taken aback when I saw M*rylin M*nson‘s name pop up on the opening credits but I didn’t even notice where he was in the movie until I looked in the cast on google.

Ok I know I saw this ALOT but when talking about movies on here but seriously how did Courtney NOT think shoving that big ass jawbreaker down her throat was gonna go wrong. Like she could’ve used a sock or something, just anything that wasn’t a choking hazard 

Fern was so adorbs with her long hair idk why they gave her that haircut it felt outdated compared to the other girls. I also thought she and Julie liked each other but they’re just old friends,maybe they do though, She definitely did like Liz.

I plan on watching Look Back soon but I keep forgetting and end up watching something else.

Kick-ass (2010)

Yeah stabbed and then hit by a car in my first fight I would’ve gave up on that hero shit real quick. This movie is so colorful I miss colorful superhero movies thank god for Superman 2025.

Dinner in America (2020)

A few tears were shed i’m not gonna lie.

First I’ve heard Mac Demarco in a movie so that caught me by surprise. I wonder why it’s not more common actually. I don’t listen to him but from the songs I have heard feel like they could fit in a movie. Staying on the music topic I had no idea that song was made for this movie, I thought it already existed I thought someone random made it. I hear it on TikTok all the time and I don’t really like the pre-chorus but the whole scene with them making the song and then Patty listening to it after Simon goes to jail at the end made me think differently about it.

I looked up the cast and MARS ARGO plays one of Patty’s friends????  She looks so different here I didn’t even know that was her also this movie came out in 2020 DUDEEEE I was watching this and thought it was made  like pre covid 

This movie was really cute I mean I did cry. I should watch more music movies cause I don’t watch a ton but when I do I always end up loving them
