question about command prompt popup/hello from my new pc :P

so my 15th bday was a few days ago and since i start 10th grade after summer break (10th is when high school starts here) I GOT A NEW COMPUTER!!!!!!!!!!! holy shit dude its so much faster than my old one it's insane. but uhhh. when i start it up and log in, two command prompts that mention system 32 pop up for like 3 seconds before closing. this happened on my last computer so i just thought it was that but now its happening here too. obviously it's not a virus because I LITERALLY JUST GOT THIS THING AND THE ONLY 3 WEBSITES I HAVE USED ARE GMAIL, TUMBLR AND THIS SITE. so does anyone know what it could be? i saw a reddit post saying it has something to do with outlook but the post was 8 years old so it might not be that. ok love yall byeeeee
