Dipper and Mabel arrived back at the shack just after Stanley and I yesterday, and after bone-crushing hugs were exchanged we all got settled in and went out for ice cream right away! I was going to get vanilla but reconsidered after I saw what Mabel was getting.
I am proud to say that rainbow sherbet is very good! I'm certainly glad I tried it. I think I'll dedicate this summer to trying new things, learning about what I never dared to. So..
Hm. Very hard to think of things I haven't studied before. Oh, well, I'll get to it some other time. Right now I've got a lab to clean after nine months of disuse. THERE'S DUST EVERYWHERE!!!

I'll certainly need your well-wishes, it looks like the cycloptopus got out sometime while we were away. Have you seen my crossbow? Just throw it down the stairs and shut the door if you have. And if you hear screaming it won't be mine, so worry not!
