Went boxing yesterday, this time I went an hour early and ended up doing the entirety of the session before the one I was meant to be at. Younger boxers but still around my weight because of how light I am for my age. I can definitely feel that I've gotten back to my old stamina after it, due to having a lot more rounds of sparring than expected, by the time the warmup for my session was happening I was already clocking out. It did lead to me having a nose bleed during my session's sparring, and I've currently got a mark on my face from a good counter, but my body overall held through and I managed to push towards the end.
As for technique, I've been trying to manage distance better, as my coach pointed out that I'm always too close to the opponent, which is why I'm not effectively evading. I'm aching everywhere today as a result of the session and letting myself rest, but other than that, I'm back up to par.
