From time to time I've been lurking at the layout section (ever since I joined a few weeks ago lol) and i thought they seemed "frozen" in a sense. tried posting one and it seems they're "temporarily unaviable", and i guessed it was because of a gore problem there used to be in recent layouts but does any1 know when they're coming back?
