Kasane Teto performed Mesmerizer alongside Miku during the Blooming Tour and I couldn't be happier. Even though it's in Japan, and I obviously could not assist, this is a momentous event!!
This is technically her second appearance in an official Vocaloid voncert. She had a small part in the Symphony Tour in 2018, but this is a completely different scale. Now, the next step is for her to perform a full solo song! I believe that it could happen. Given the rise in her popularity after she got an upgrade through SynthV, there are a lot of recent songs of hers that would be popular enough to perform. We just have to see if Crypton goes through with this.
About the performance itself, I really enjoyed how they adapted the MV to a dance on stage. I just wish they had the outfits from the MV as well :,)
You can currently see the performance on youtube if you look for it but it'll probably be taken down soon hehe...
I'm so curious to hear anyone else's thoughts on this!

this was amazing! its so cool to see her getting realized and in the stage with miku! i really hope she blows up and becomes as popular as miku has eventually, though miku seems to be getting even more popular too.
also yes, i hope to see her solo soon, because she has some really good songs i KNOW will hit in a concert setting (Machine Love)
i love teto and hope to see her in games/shows or any other media!
p.s. miku being in the new sonic racing game is absolutely amazing
Yes I completely agree with you on Machine Love, I'd do anything to see that live! My favourite Teto song of the moment is Fumble! and I would love to see it live as well ahh... But really, I'd be happy with any solo performance of hers.
In my opinion, it's doubtful that any vocaloid will ever become as popular as THE Hatsune Miku. Even other vocaloids that have been pretty popular for a while now (I'm thinking of the Kagamines among others) have never come close to her impact on the world. Though I *do* hope that we will see Teto appear in more games, or even movies now!
+ YES, Miku in Sonic Racing is actually mindblowing. I'm considering getting the game just to race as her HAHA. The advertising definitely worked on me, I'm not even that big of a Sonic fan to begin with!

Jamie Page is the goat, and yeah ik miku is totally gonna be more popular than any other vocaloid, probably forever. i hope teto gets her own line of merch and a relatively comparable fan-base sometime in the next few years, i have high hopes now that she has officially been on stage with the big girl herself lol. would be a dream come true going to a Kasane Teto concert
and yeah seeing miku in that trailer was PEAK, i am a sonic fan and seeing miku there with them is more than amazing, definitely buying that game when it comes out
