I am making this post as both a thanks and a middle finger to the school I currently go to, as well as a little HTML exorcise cause I havent coded in sooooo long.
anyway, my school has a super weird schedule, and even though technically I'm in school for the next week, I only have to go on thursday, so I AM CONSIDERING IT FUCKIN SUMMERRRRRR!!
I think that thursday might be the last time I step foot in the building. I'm not really sure whats gonna happen (I may go back, I may not), but I really dont want to go back. I'm in a friendgroup with a few girls, and I freaking love them so much. ive had the time of my life dicking around in school with them, and I'm probably gonna keep those memories till I die. the school itself also had its quirks. like how the gym's ceiling is super low, and it would break often from balls being accidentally flung at it, or how there's a small hole in the wall that me and my friends liked to feed. at the end of the day I would often forget something in a classroom and have to go looking for it. I enjoyed walking around by myself searching empty classrooms. it was sorta surreal. I couldnt see anyone, but I could hear them all talking as they flooded into the main hallway to go home. it felt weirdly comforting.
there were also downsides though. its a christian co-op, and I am a spiritual gay guy whos very open about his sexuality, so I felt sorta out of place. there was actually a rule made to target me! boys arent allowed to wear nail polish cause of me! and its technically not a school, so I cant do anything. a lot of the teachers were also very xenophobic which sucked. there were still teachers I am very grateful for though. My humanities/philosophy/science teacher was one of my favorites, and is easily the best teacher in the whole school. he was inclusive, and taught me a lot of stuff about morals which will forever stick with me, and I hope to give them to whoever needs them. he changed me very much for the better. there was also this one teacher who taught every class on fridays. she was genuinely soooo niccee. I freaking love her, and strive to have the same mentality as her. she sorta reminded me of pam from the office for a comparison.
anyways, this school was really fucking cool in some ways, and really bitter in others. over the course of the two years ive gone I've gained friends, and lost others. I'm trying to get ahold of someone I knew from my first year that moved away before the second, but I dont know if I can.
if I had to sum up my time at this school it would be something along the lines of: weird, surreal, shitty, funny, and charming. this is now almost behind me now (maybe?), cause its basically summer, so yay!
I hope everyone reading this has a super fucking cool memorable summer that will like go down in history as a fucking amazing experience or something like that. I urge you to go out there, do new things, and put yourself out there. HAVE A GOOOD SUMMEERRRRRR.

Sorry that your school sucks! I'm happy that you have friends that make it better! I hope your summer is totally awesome!
