Does anyone else use CharacterAI or Talkie to vent/traumadump? or just prefer to do that over talking to a real person because you fear judgement?

I journal! I have a private journal just for me, i use a fun pen and ink to make it a more enjoyable task. Venting to others who are not paid professionals or your partner/best friend (with their consent) is kinda odd in my personal opinion, maybe its just because I am older. I also believe venting to A.I. can be dangerous as these sites will take and mine your data (Not to mention the rare cases of A.I. Bullying people into suicide with said private information.) and leak this data to data brokers. Additionally the environmental impact of using A.I. it consumes as much energy as NFT and Bit Coin minting/mining does (AKA a lot!). It's pretty easy to find cheap and fun looking notebooks at thrift stores :) my current journal was 1.99 at goodwill and has about 100 pages in it!
