LONG TIME NO SEE!!! sum 2000s anime discs + retro gaming consoles

ok im sorry i kinda forgot this website existed (and also 2023-2024 i was in communications with a shitty pedo abuser but its ok im better now ^_^) but i wanna start posting again !!! starting with a trip back to my old house to pick up and search for some old gaming consoles >:3

so this initially started when my sister told me she had some old retro consoles for me to take. iirc she said they were given to her by a family member from her husbands side a long time ago and she just never did anything with them, and she decided to give them to me under the condition i dont get rid of them. god i would never do that im too much of a hoarder to let anyone else have these!!

the real reason i stopped by my sisters place (our old family house) was because i wanted to find the original xbox as it was given to me quite a while ago back in 2017-2018, but i didnt have space to use it so i just left it in the box. i was trying to look for that box the other day and i finally found it!!

the ps1, nintendo64, and wiiu were given to me by my sister, while the 360 is from my brother. i already have a wiiu but unfortunately i cannot find it rn so ill keep this one until i can find it again. i am also missing some cables for the xbox and the gamecube so i cant use them right now (but i did confirm the xbox turns on)

i was thinking of yoinking my sisters ps2 and her final fantasy games, but i decided ill figure that out later maybe when i clear out more space and do better cable management. but the collection is looking pretty nice so farrrr :3

i dont have any games for the ps1 so feel free to recommend me some!! (and preferably not ones that will cost me an arm and leg)

next thing is my sisters anime collection from the 2000s!!

my sister let me take these since i wanted to back them up digitally. this was back in the era of fansubs when there were very few officially translated anime and it was limited to small communities that passed around the files. she told me a family friend had helped burn these discs for her back then and i think that is very cool and neat

fun fact: i have a vivid memory of my sister watching elfen lied and at the time i didnt know very much anime but i had watched some due to my sister (she made me watch all of sailor moon and some studio ghibli). i think i was like 8 or something and i saw her watching and BEGGED her to let me watch bc i wanted to watch more anime!! i threw a temper tantrum and everything and my sister couldnt explain to my mom why it wasnt suitable for children, and eventually she just caved in and let me watch with her..... and it was the episode with the dog scene LMAOOOOOSJKGHSKJEG I DONT THINK I EVER ASKED HER TO LET ME WATCH WITH HER AFTER THAT. funny bc i ended up watching the entire anime in 6th-7th grade anyway because one of my friends LOVED it and told me i should watch it (and during that time i was an edgelord and was really into higurashi). i actually liked elfen lied so much i sang the opening in choir class for a weekly "talent show" section!! lilium is probably one of my top 10 anime openings ever, i still get chills listening to it

ive actually never heard of tenjou tenge or this ugly yet beautiful world (kono minikuku mo utsukushii sekai) so i might watch them later, although looking at the google search results something tells me i might have to turn my brain off to enjoy these..........
