MADOKA MAGICA INSPIRED STORY ♡‧₊˚

The diluted hues that piece together the shards of her iris glisten keenly in the moonlight. I gaze upon her immaculate skin, a porcelain canvas smattered with a contouring tapestry of freckles- not unlike a constellation in an ivorian night sky.

My mind is like a spindly spiders web heavy with morning dew, a convoluted labyrinth which soley entails my treasured memories of her- I allow myself to be tangled in this mesh latticework with a blissful smile. She's everything I could hope for and more. A twin flame, a soulmate, the world and beyond.

Dark, ebony lashes flutter gently against the pale-pink flush of her cheeks, battering those olive freckles with shy kisses, and the sight further entrances me. Molten heat spreads through my own blazen cheeks as she leans against my shoulder in doe-like fashion, I watch in quiet rapture as she traces her fingers across mine.

She whispers sweet, incoherent nothings into the shell of my ear, her words never stray above a conversational decibel- and yet they make sense to me all the same. 

An iota of awe trickles through my senses as I realise:

She's my best friend, and I'm hers, for the rest of time.
