My Dream - June 1st, 2025

I was playing Team Fortress 2 with my friend. We were on a map that looked something like a big chess board. There were these large candles placed all over that when melee attacked produced... something. I forgot.

Next, I was watching a documentary clip where some female musician was playing a song for a group of hippies on a hill after coming out of the ocean from one of the hippies flashing her genitals at them. The musician said it was only right, or something.

Suddenly the camera was now my own perspective as I walked down the mossy hill and jumped into the water. The hill they were on had nothing under it, like it was a big floating mass of greenery. The water was a pretty blueish-teal color. I swam away a bit, but then brought my head up to breathe. When I did, I was in a large in-door pool for swimming competitions. There was a college swim team doing a competition, but the end lane I was in was empty, leaving me to join. I decided to and swam the distance. It was about half the length of the pool, as there was a room divider that went through the pool too.

I went to and from a few times, and then suddenly on one lap all the people swimming (but myself) had pulled their full body swim suits off. I didn't really care about all the exposed nudity as I was more impressed that I could swim this distance underwater without taking a breath. 

Eventually I got out as the competition ended and found my partner in the bleachers next to the pool. I turned around to see the pool was now a lot more like my high school gym Nd had wood flooring instead, and a bunch of folks were standing around in that area talking.

I went down and found some people I know from college and chatted for a bit before leaving. I drove into the town I live from the East and went to a large thrift store. It was large, but not massive. The front five rows of shelving were cool things, the rest were clothes. In a lot of the first five shelves were Star Wars figures from many different decades. Eventually I found a section with VHS tapes and found a Neon Genesis Evangelion VHS tape of episode 1. I also found two for a Kamen Rider Wizard crossover with Star Wars.

I called my TF2 friend to come over to this store. I wanted to show him the tape, but when he got there and I met him at the front door, we kept getting lost in the isles trying to find the one that had VHS tapes. All the ones we went down had tons and tons of Star Wars merchandise. I looked between the isles to see the store suddenly was bigger than I thought by another 20 isles or so. We did eventually find the tapes, and he thought the NGE tape was cool. That's all.

I turned around and back again. Suddenly instead of him the people with me were my partner, our club secretary, and our club shadow president. I found a big box of Haruhi Suzumiya cards that looked like a Pokémon-inspired card game. We went to the front right corner of the store interior to where they had model kits, but there were no Kamen Rider ones, or Gunpla. It was just old man car model kits. In this same section were blank t-shirts of various colors. My partner wanted to find some to spray paint us some shirts, and the shadow president was looking at bath robes.

It was at this time that I then woke up.
