(i'm gonna be a bit lazy and copy and paste it from my site but yknow ....... *closes eyes*)
Name's Aid, mostly based off Asuraid which is my usual online handle in most places. Just a gal floating by in life and wishing for her own place one day.
I'm on the cusp between a millennial and Gen Z (though honestly I'd rather just call myself a millennial, I do not relate to zoomers), so bonafied adult and all that. I grew up with Club Penguin, DragonAdopters, Webkinz, the OG Xbox and PS2, Tamagothchis, SSX3, Jet Set Radio Future, Jazz Jackrabbit 2, Sims 1 and 2, and many other things.
I think I have inattentive ADHD, and I'm a chronic 'jumps between fixations like a mad person' sufferer, which also means I like trying out new things a lot and fixating on them for a set time before something else hits me like a truck (which also means chronic collection of projects I never finish fully). Forever stuck with the 'hyperfixation for two weeks' bug even with games sometimes. But hey, it means I know a lot of random stuff I've tried out and piles of resources for said things.
I've also been an artist since I was a wee bab and a digital artist for most of my lifetime; I enjoy learning new things and finding ways to put my blorbo into them (like ... making them into a 3D model using VRoid). I used to be a big deviantART kid before it went into the shitter. I've also been a chronic tumblr user since 2012, and I still have my original blog, plus I've roleplayed there a large portion of my lifetime. 🫡
Otherwise, I actually have a BA in Game Design!! As of writing this, it's kinda been hell getting a job though with this shit market (just as the internet has been shittified, so has AAA gaming). I don't have many (completed) solo projects since it's hard for me to do them on my own without a team, but I love consuming games and analyzing them.
I'm not very good at talking about myself, but I do like finding shared interests with others. I also have my own OCs but I tend to hyperfocus on a single one for years so ... sorry to all my other blorbos that are semi shelved.
