SpaceHey Image Integration for IM and Bulletins (For browsers)

After a few hours of learning the big mean chrome extensions I was able to implement images into Integrated Messages and Bulletin Boards where img tags are not used, instead purely a link to an image.

Unfortunately, this will only work for browsers with extensions (most but also mobile browsers tend to not have it :c )
