I WENT TO TOMMYINNIT'S SURVIVAL TOUR!!!!

After 5 years... I MANAGED TO SEE TOMMYINNIT IN THE FLESH WITH JACK MANIFOLD!!!!

I am writing this blog one day after I been to the show, so hopefully i remembered most of the details

Sis and I left the house quite late and I was wearing heels that were not properly strapped to my feet (which i later realized that she wore them earlier on in the month and didnt adjust them back to their original adjustment), that caused my feet to have more blisters... My feet were burning

We arrived at Singtel Waterfront theatre and there was a moderate queue in the front. I wished i came earlier bc a lot of the fans were giving out free fan merch and I WANTED THEM SO BADLY I NEED FAN MERCH OF TOMMY SO BADLY

Went in to the lobby and saw the Official Tour Merch of the Survival Tour and both of us knew we had to get something to commemorate this experience. It was a tough decision between the hat, the sweater and the t shirt but ultimately we picked the t shirt bc it was cheaper and both of us knew that we will wear that often. The hat was a close second with the words "straight for Tommyinnit" on the front but I dont wear caps often so there was no point. Plus it was 50 bucks and the shirt was 60... We ended up splitting 50/50

Going into the theatre hall and boy was it a full house. We bought the seats that was behind the VIPs (for a very costly price BUT WORTH IT BC WE WERE SO CLOSE TO THE STAGE, we got the middle seats as well). We waited for like 25+ mins bc the show started at 7 and we sat down around 6:40 ish. The man was like 10+ mins late to his own show smh

We got so excited when the show began with him having his back turned and attempting to turn to the front to face the crowd like 3 times (the bit you know). The Avengers theme was playing and all hahaaha. We started out with a segment of like heckling to "Get it out of our system" (unfortunately there were still hecklers for the remainder of the show... which is a damn shame bc Tommy and Jack were pretty fucking sick of it throughout the USA tours)

Then it was a scripted segment where he came down stage and handed a VIP the script and have scripted crowd work. The girl that did the segment was such a fucking sport bro it was crazy. U could tell that she done acting before or at least voice acting. It was insanely fun. Tommy even said that throughout all the shows, this was the best acting.

He went on with a bit on where he placed the mic to his head and u could hear the voices in his head (sis has the full clip of this). He also said that he will be trying to fly, which he proceed to call "2 strong fathers" to carry him around horizontally, allowing him to "fly"

We also tried to give a VIP a panic attack by chanting her name (Tommy made us do it), to which when asked by Tommy how it felt, she said it was great (so real)

He also have this bit with his invisible girlfriend where she wants to perform a dance onstage (and wants skin). She intrudes several times throughout the show.

Then we have a 15 min break for the 2nd half w JACK MANIFOLD!!!

I went to interact with some of the Inniters during the break, taking pictures with a Techno coser, Ranboo coser and a c!Tommy coser. We traded IGs and chatted a bit. I didnt manage to scramble back to my seat in time when the lights went out during the start of the 2nd half and had to stumble my way through the dark in the sea of seated ppl (managed to get back in time to see the duo)

The second half was so eventful man i dont even know when to start.

Jack having a big problem which he refused to open up until he finally relented. He misses the glorious days of LORE OF THE DSMP LMAOOO

L'manberg mentioned, EXILE WAS MENTIONED!!!

Slandering Youtubers were on the list as well as an attempt for Jack to let out his rage. Tommy also told us to turn on our phone flashlight to hypnotize Jack, which made it look like a sea of light sticks (concert moment)

Jack said that the 5th row (row in front of ours) are sick cannibals and wronguns. He also threatened a fan to beat them up as exercise when told by Tommy to let out his anger through exercise, to which someone said "I VOLUNTEER!"

"The desperation was heard in that one" Tommy said. He also said something along the lines of helping Jack so he wont end up like that HAHAHA.

there was a part where Tommy had to go to the loo, leaving invisible girlfriend with Jack. Jack told her that shes "bad news, real bad news" and she felt insulted. When Tommy came back, Jack wants a moment with him but Girlfriend also wanted one too and Tommy asked the crowd who should he choose, to which the crowd cheered for Jack louder (choosing him) and Girlfriend leaves the stage.

The show concludes that maybe Jack could learn to live with the problem, bc the problem wont just go away. Jack accept that fact. Girlfriends come back onstage and says that she doesnt want to do the dance anymore but Tommy convinces her that she should, supported by Jack. Tommy dances with invisible girlfriend and the show ends there

Deffo missed out a lot of details but these were the ones that stood out the most to me HAHAHA

When we left the theatre, I took a lot of pictures with the other Inniters. There was a long line at the merch section (thank god we bought before the show)

Thats all there is. Younger me would be so excited with the fact that I got to see Tommy in his show. I may not have met him personally in the meet and greet but that is OK. VIP tickets were super expensive anyway
