why won’t my mum let me wear headphones

This is the second fucking time this happened. I’m cleaning my room with my headphones on and she comes in, tells me I’m not allowed to wear them while I’m cleaning and yells at me. I feel like she jst wants to control me, and this is honestly emotional abuse since she knows I don’t feel safe without them on. I cut myself again. She also knows I cut myself when I’m upset so why does she keep yelling at me? Wearing my headphones isnt harming her, she’s not even in the room. She’s such a fucking bitch. Everyone would be happier if she were dead.
