I had to do so because it's both related to my previous blog entry and Bluesky themselves not caring about accounts created by Palestinians.
It's so weird that a social media platform that was new, fresh, and unique, turned out to be a sequel to Twitter.
Is every social media platform that awful? Are we awful?

I don't think your kind will ever understand this, but here's an attempt to explain it anyways.
If there is one group that has operated within the confines of one space for years - their behavior will begin to naturally shift towards the average behavior of that one space, unconsciously.
They will then get in the habit of behaving like they are still in that original space even when they move to a different space.
Bluesky is inhabited by twitter refugees exclusively - it doesn't matter if there was anyone there before they great influx of twitter posters - the twitter posters now outnumber the original Bluesky population by a large margin.
In other words, unchecked immigration and an open borders policy turned Bluesky into twitter 2.0.
And the same thing is risked daily with SpaceHey when someone makes a video about this website on tiktok.
Shilling at the end here, my hypothetical "Intranet" / the idea of federated web rings that may defederate at any point could fix this issue.
I get that Twitter is bad. I left it and months later my account got suspended.
I get that plenty of people think that Twitter is bad, so they move to Bluesky. That's good AND bad.
Good because I can be there comfortably, and bad because the awful users from Twitter can be there too.
There is no solution other than to block them.
What is worse is the moderation system from Bluesky. Plenty of people (including myself) signed petitions for Bluesky to improve their moderation system and let Palestinians post about their donation campaigns. Days later, the Bluesky Safety team is like "lol no, they post a lot and therefore they're spam. also gofundme and chuffed bad."
But yeah, about every social media platform in general, well, uh, I guess good luck for me to use any platform before I lose my mind. But I already lost my mind so I don't know what to do.

Have you tried detoxing from all online interaction for an extended period? Two weeks and your brain will return to normal function, days will seem less compressed - I find that it's good for the creativity, the last time I made anything was during a two week period where I logged off and watched tapes for two weeks straight. I really don't give a damn about palestine in the slightest, I only interjected because the enshittification of all websites via not properly filtering influx has been a consistent problem for years.
