I want a lip piercing

Ive been wanting a lip piercing since i was like 13, and back then ma parents just told me i should get my ears pierced first and we'd see after that. I got my ears pierced and also got an idustrial like 6 months ago which is healing alright, but now my dad is telling me to wait until im out of his house. My mom agreed to buy me a fake lip piercing, so thats progress.

Im old enough to get pierced without parental permission and ive debated multiple times to just get one and let my parents be mad at me, should I?
