I've noticed that whenever I draw Lain I can never get her facial features right. I don't know why that is, as I don't seem to have any problems with other characters, but for some reason I really can't communicate Lain's features (specifically in the manga/anime). I feel like it's mostly the eyes that fuck me up, since the middle one looks most accurate (because?) her eyes aren't distinctly visible. Anyways,,, have a good day :3

you just have to seperate her eyes a little. thats what gives her that slightly creepy vibe.

thank you! yeah, I've noticed that her eyes were a bit apart, but I can't find the right distance... It always feels either too far apart or too close together for Lain. Maybe it's because I'm just not used to drawing them like that lol
