My dad is asking us if we want to move. Here are the options. Please help!

I live with my mom, dad and sister. My sister is 15 about to be a freshman in highschool and I'm 19 planning on going to college for CADD, Architecture or interior design. My plan is to go to college and earn enough money with a new job and the VA to get my own place. I'm also neurodivergent and have a hard time dealing and connecting with people but open to meeting new people and experiencing new things. We're looking for a place with people who are nice enough and where we could make a lot of good connections.

My mom is a real estate agent and my dad takes any opportunity to make money and starts random buisnesses for profit. He also really likes cars. The only person not really wanting to move atm is my mom because of her job, everyone else is very on board. We've been living in Texas for 12+ years and is looking for something new. We live on 6 acres of land and a nice 5 bedroom home so we can get a decent place after we sell this current one. Just nowhere too expensive please, especially since I want to move out soon lol. And also a lot safer. I can provide more info if you need it, thanks.

Here are the options: (In my opinion)

-California. eh...

-Another place in Texas. I cant stand this state anymore so no thanks.

-Kansas. Im actually considering this one the most. I've looked into it and talking to people who actually live or lived there it seems like the perfect place for me to finally branch out + my best friend lives there and his family loves me, perfect place to crash! Not sure how my mom and sister feel about it tho. For me I like it cuz it seems like there wont be any stupid nonsense like my current city and I heard the people are very nice. Fits my quiet small town girl who owns a bakery vibe.

-Florida. Hell no. If i already don't like Texas I cant imagine living in Florida. The people are rude and can't drive for shit. Way worse than Texas which can get bad enough and I've lived here for most of my life do I really want to move to Texas 2: it gets worse?? I brought this up to my sister and all she said was "beach" The beach is NOT all that I get too much sand in my damn coochie. No thanks. My dad is considering it. We're puerto rican and my mom and sister would prefer to be with our people but I could care less. I don't want to live in Miami.

-Georgia. Also eh. Might have to look more into it.

-Qatar. I am not moving to another country. my dad lived there for a year and wants to go back. I visited twice and don't get me wrong its a beautiful place but the people...yikes. Very judgy.

and not very safe either (though that depends on where you live, so if you move 2 a nice suburbia your probably good. although, at least in my city its a one street paradise next street ghetto kind of place)

I would cross California off the list. My boyfriend lives there and has told me it's way too expensive.
I would tell your family that even if they wanted to go the beach, there's a possible chance they'll have to pay to park. My aunt lives near the beach in my state, and you have to pay to park. it's also hard to find appointments there (like you would have to drive out for hours to get a checkup).
Kansa is definitely the best option from what you shared!
