So if you like The muppets, sesame street, Don't Hug Me I'm Scared, or any puppet media i recommend "31 Minutos" (2003-2014) A famous Chilean puppet show about a news station called:
Mostly sub in English, all available in their official youtube.
Where you follow all the broadcasters, staff, and extra characters through stories along the news of that given day. The show follows a story happening with the main Characters, while presenting the news. It has small sections of interviews or reports done by the rest of the journalist.
First episode always boring, the series only picks up after!
Here a intro:
Most if not all the main characters are jerks!
Tulio the main host/newscaster that presents all the news. He is a self-centered idiot, how literally dreams of himself every night- and can't spell basic words or read the time on a watch. A lovable dumb jerk! The richest guy beside his own boss and constantly getting humbled by the universe.
Bodoque (Latinos fav character) famous journalist, gives a reports about nature (such as recycling, pollution, global warming, etc). He's a rabbit with a surprisingly deep voice. He is a depressed gambling addict, quite the poet, womanizer and hypocrite. But lovable non the less! really relatable and actually trying to help others around him. -and hilarious. Best friends with Tulio since forever!
Juanin he is Producer and coordinator, and does all the jobs nobody wants to do! He is a sweet lil guy, the nicest person in the whole cast. Tries to make sure everything goes well. Nice, a bit of a push-over, and a workaholic. The last of his species.
There is a very big cast with any other characters too!
Patana she is an 'training' reporter, quirky, and young, she is Tulio's niece. Always trying to prove herself as a young woman in a job filled with men. And has very peculiar reports here and there.
Mario Hugo a lovestruck doggy and a reporter. Deeply in love with Patana. He rescues dogs almost uncontrollably, having been and abandoned dog himself. -and has terrible luck.
Policarpo a musical critic and commentator, how presents the top music of the week. He is consider the most normal person in the world. (even if he is the most peculiar on the cast) and has a famous "top-top-top" tic. He is secretly bald, moderately rich, and he takes any opportunity to wear feminine clothing.
Huachimingo who shows up just to lie deliberately on the broadcast, and he is a secret species call...huachimingos. Compulsive liar and Mario Hugo's best friend as the show goes by.
Guaripolo who doesn't work there, almost everyone forgets who he is every episode and creates chaos. He is "Children's favorite character from 31 Minutes" according to him. Will casually commit arson or try to help the main cast (not succeeding).
Calcetín con Rombos Man, an actual sock, superhero character (don't ask lmao), helping mostly kids in difficult situations or defeating kaijus. He apears on the broadcast to talk about Human, and Children's right that should be respected.
