i wanna be more active online but im scared that ill just look schizophrenic talking to nobody lmfaoooo
how do you start interacting in online spaces? im literally talking like at all in general, i am not in any fandoms and i think it would be fun to start taking part in them instead of just observing kinda
i think one of the reasons i dont really interact w fandoms and stuff is because im scared people ik irl will see me and idkkkk its kinda embarassing to comment on stuff or get involved and get no responses bc then you just look schizophrenic lolz

honestly its just trial n error in my experience - i reccomend starting small. just leaving comments about the place, n its ok if no-one ever reads it, thas not the point. i love commenting on pinterest cause the way the algorithm works, i have comments from years ago that still get an occasional like, and comments no-ones ever seen. for fandom spaces, leaving comments under fanwork is a great way to start! fan creators love getting comments n stuff, n its the most positive kind of fan interaction u can have online imo. i love leaving comments on fanfics personally, just rambling about what i thought/felt etc. ik ik a looottt of people go on n on about toxicity in fandom spaces but as someone whos been in em since they were 8 theyre actually super chill :)

talking in online spaces is easy actually, all you have to do is find a topic you like and speak your mind!! i myself comment on blogs here from time to time when i find something interesting and i feel like thats the best advice you can get. also dont be afraid to comment! people in any fandom are mostly nice and chill so no need to worry
