The general idea of the slice of life zombie apocalypse story that I'm thinking of writing

A group of five friends end up finding each other months after the world had gone to shit thanks to the zombie outbreak. Usual main character bullshit of how they all somehow survived. Some backgrounds gnarly while others are downright stupid and it's hard to believe they're somehow still alive. As they all talk with each other, they realize that nothing could really stop them from going through with the shared plans they all had together before the apocalypse. The story will then show their life together as they all survive together and accomplish their plans. It's going to be a small mix of comedy, survival fiction, science fiction, and post-apocalyptic fiction. The comedy will most likely be minor though since I'm not that funny in the first place.

This story is heavily inspired by Zom-100 and the characters are based off me and my own friends. So, the comedy and jokes will most likely not align with others as it's going off my friend group.

I probably wont ever finish writing an actual draft of this story since I'm still in school and I struggle with gaining the motivation to do most things. It took me like months to even write this blog entry despite having the idea for a long time now.
