Why haven't we put a satellite around Neptune?

Neptune is such a dope planet, so is Uranus. Neptune is likely the coldest planet, has huge storms, incredibly windy (over 2000km/h!!!) and it has my favourite moon in the whole solar system, Triton! Which is a very large moon for its distance from the Sun, most objects this far away are far smaller.. leading scientists to think, maybe Triton is a captured planet???? (WHAT THE HECKY)???

 So, why no satellites there?

The answer is because it's expensive and it takes a long time to get there. But surely everyone here would think a satellite from Earth, made by human hands, orbiting the furthest planet in our solar system (...unless theres a planet 9, but thats a different topic) would be cool af right?

This was just a quick tangent, also heres a fun fact, the famous dark blue image of Neptune (taken by Voyager 2) was a false colour image! Here's how Uranus and Neptune actually look to the naked eye!

Neptune and Uranus real colour!

that would be so cool! I know there was a plan to send a lander to the Moon with all of wikipedia imprinted onto it, so that all our knowledge wasnt lost if we went extinct!

oh I actually think I read that somewhere, would be a more safer idea at preserving our history tbh
