I don't think if there's such a thing like "my red is your blue" in real, this is why I think like that so if Im wrong just tell me:
We know that our eyes see a specific type of color in Color gradient (its like Infrared, then rainbow colors start with red until violet and then we have ultra violet) , from red with long wavelength and lowest energy to violet with short wavelength and highest energy. Our eyes see the specific color of the light that is reflecting to our eyes so we all see the same.
Maybe we see some colors a little different like dark blue as black or like the famous white/blue yellow/gold dress picture we all saw which we can't decide the color because of the light, cause light can have an impact of how we see a color, like yellow in shadow can see as a dark blue.
So in a normal situation the color i see is the same as the color you see.
