IT CAME!!!!!11!

My Arte Stella book came in the mail!1!! It's much thicker than I though it would be.

I don't know why but my mom was more giddy about the book coming than I was?? She was like "Oh I remember the first time I used my own money to order something abroad. It was a Duran Duran fan magazine". Then she asked if I wanted to see it and I was like hell yeah so I got a little sidetracked...

There were actually some pictures I hadn't seen before. It was really cool to have art from different years side by side so you could really see Himaruya's improvement. I ordered the German version because I have a better chance at understanding German than Japanese. Even though my German isn't that good I could translate most of it.

The artbook came with a poster that I showed to my mom and she of course asked who the characters were. Then I remembered that I never actually explained to her what Hetalia is. I kept it very brief and she didn't ask any follow-up questions except where/when did I discover this. I told her that I got into Hetalia like seven years ago so I don't remember. She got a bit sad asking why I haven't told her anything about it. She was like I've told you all about Duran Duran and showed you my cringey picture collection from the 80's like first of all, I didn't think you would really care and second of all I never asked for you to tell me about your crush on Roger Taylor . She was like okay fair enough (≧∀≦).
