Philosophy on SpaceHey

There is a lot of academic gatekeeping around philosophy. The nature of the subject matter of course lends itself to an off putting level of jargon, and this is made so much worse when people wield it intentionally to put down others and to shut people out of debate.

The idea of this blog is, then, to creating something of a space where philosophical issues can be discussed in an open and productive way. I suppose I want to capture something of the 90s cyber-culture image of the internet; a free and unregulated space to communicate and explore.
